The team has valuable experience from diverse sectors like project management, Journalism, ICT , Sound creativity; Training and facilitation.

Skills development is a primary focus of the association and members will be provided with ongoing training; mentoring and professional support to ensure an excellent standard of professional community journalism is available throughout the whole of Kenya.
